What our numbers are for

Numbers are for your own accounts, for example to:

  • sign up for a game or app when your own number is already linked to another account;
  • run a second account for personal use without a second SIM or phone;
  • keep your personal number private on social apps and forums;
  • use a number from another country when you travel or move abroad;
  • test your own app’s or website’s SMS verification.

What isn’t allowed

  • Anything illegal where you are, or where we are.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or pretending to be someone else.
  • Farming sign-up bonuses, promo codes, referral rewards, cashback or free trials.
  • Creating accounts in bulk, or creating accounts to sell or give away.
  • Spam, or sending commercial messages in bulk.
  • Getting round a ban or suspension on another service.
  • Harassment, or fake reviews, followers or engagement.
  • Getting into accounts that aren’t yours.
  • Using bots or scripts on our site, or reselling our numbers.

Many apps also have their own rules about second accounts. You’re responsible for following them.

Limits

An account can have up to 3 orders open at once. In its first week, it can place up to 10 orders a day.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may refuse orders, and suspend or close accounts. We review patterns that look like bulk registration and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities. What happens to the balance of a closed account is set out in the Terms.

Reporting misuse

If you think one of our numbers was used against you, open a ticket on our Discord with the number, the date and what happened.
