Refund policy
Payments aren’t refunded
Money you add goes into your balance, and it isn’t refunded to your card, bank account, wallet or crypto address. Your balance can be spent on any number here. It can’t be withdrawn, exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
When the money goes back to your balance
The full price of a number goes back to your balance, automatically, when:
- no code arrives within 20 minutes of the number being shown;
- the number fails, for example because the app won’t accept it, and you cancel the order before any SMS arrives; or
- we can’t get a number for you after you’ve paid.
You don’t need to ask: our number provider reports each of these, and the refund shows on the order page and in your account as soon as it’s made. Each order is refunded once.
When an order isn’t refunded
- Once an SMS has arrived. The order is complete at that point, whatever the app does next.
- If the app later locks, limits or deletes the account you opened. We don’t control the apps.
No replacement numbers
We don’t provide free replacement numbers. A refunded balance can be spent on another country or another app straight away.
Your right to cancel
When you start an order, you ask us to provide the number straight away. You can cancel it before an SMS arrives, and the full price goes back to your balance. Once an SMS has arrived, the service is complete, so the order can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Payment problems
If you were charged twice for the same top-up, or a payment doesn’t show in your balance, open a ticket on our Discord with the date and amount and we’ll correct it.
Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank. A dispute freezes the account’s balance and orders until it’s resolved.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t take away any rights you have under the law where you live.
