Facebook lets you sign up with a mobile number or an email, and may ask you to confirm a number with a code when it wants to check that an account is yours.
- Add an email in Accounts Center, under Personal details, so Facebook can reach you without this number.
- For two-factor authentication, choose an authentication app in Accounts Center, under Password and security.

What if the Facebook code doesn’t arrive?
Give it a minute, then ask Facebook to send the code again. If no SMS reaches the number within 20 minutes, the order is refunded to your balance automatically, and you can try another country.
Will Facebook accept the number?
Most apps accept our numbers, but no app accepts every number. If Facebook rejects one, cancel the order before an SMS arrives and the money goes back to your balance.
Can I use the number again later?
No. The number receives codes only while its 20-minute window is open. Once you’re in, add an email or an authenticator app to your Facebook account, so you can still sign in later.
Which country should I choose?
Keep Best available unless Facebook needs a number from a particular country. It picks the country most likely to deliver for Facebook.
