ReserveSMS

Get a phone number for Google verification

Get a number, enter it in Google, and the code shows up on this site as soon as the SMS reaches us. Each number is $1, paid from your balance. If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, the money goes back to your balance.

How it works for Google

  1. 1

    Get a number

Keep Best available or pick a country. The number appears on screen as soon as it’s paid from your balance.

  2. 2

    Enter it in Google

Paste the number where Google asks for your phone number, and ask it to send the code.

  3. 3

    Copy your code

The code shows up on the order page when the SMS reaches us. No SMS within 20 minutes? The money goes back to your balance.

Good to know for Google

Google asks for a phone number when you create some Google Accounts, when it wants to confirm that a sign-in is really you, and when you turn on 2-Step Verification.

  • Add a recovery email under Security in your Google Account, so you can get back in without this number.
  • For 2-Step Verification, choose Google Authenticator or a passkey rather than text messages.

Questions about Google numbers

What does “This phone number has been used too many times” mean?

Google limits how many accounts one number can verify. If Google turns our number down with this message, cancel the order before an SMS arrives and the money goes back to your balance.

What if the Google code doesn’t arrive?

Give it a minute, then ask Google to send the code again. If no SMS reaches the number within 20 minutes, the order is refunded to your balance automatically, and you can try another country.

Will Google accept the number?

Most apps accept our numbers, but no app accepts every number. If Google rejects one, cancel the order before an SMS arrives and the money goes back to your balance.

Can I use the number again later?

No. The number receives codes only while its 20-minute window is open. Once you’re in, add an email or an authenticator app to your Google account, so you can still sign in later.

Which country should I choose?

Keep Best available unless Google needs a number from a particular country. It picks the country most likely to deliver for Google.
