The code shows up on the order page when the SMS reaches us. No SMS within 20 minutes? The money goes back to your balance.
Questions about Dolap numbers
What if the Dolap code doesn’t arrive?
Give it a minute, then ask Dolap to send the code again. If no SMS reaches the number within 20 minutes, the order is refunded to your balance automatically, and you can try another country.
Will Dolap accept the number?
Most apps accept our numbers, but no app accepts every number. If Dolap rejects one, cancel the order before an SMS arrives and the money goes back to your balance.
Can I use the number again later?
No. The number receives codes only while its 20-minute window is open. Once you’re in, add an email or an authenticator app to your Dolap account, so you can still sign in later.
Which country should I choose?
Keep Best available unless Dolap needs a number from a particular country. It picks the country most likely to deliver for Dolap.
