The code shows up on the order page when the SMS reaches us. No SMS within 20 minutes? The money goes back to your balance.
Questions about IVI numbers
What if the IVI code doesn’t arrive?
Give it a minute, then ask IVI to send the code again. If no SMS reaches the number within 20 minutes, the order is refunded to your balance automatically, and you can try another country.
Will IVI accept the number?
Most apps accept our numbers, but no app accepts every number. If IVI rejects one, cancel the order before an SMS arrives and the money goes back to your balance.
Can I use the number again later?
No. The number receives codes only while its 20-minute window is open. Once you’re in, add an email or an authenticator app to your IVI account, so you can still sign in later.
Which country should I choose?
Keep Best available unless IVI needs a number from a particular country. It picks the country most likely to deliver for IVI.
