Get a phone number for WeChat verification
Get a number, enter it in WeChat, and the code shows up on this site as soon as the SMS reaches us. Each number is $1, paid from your balance. If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes, the money goes back to your balance.
How it works for WeChat
- 1
Get a number
Keep Best available or pick a country. The number appears on screen as soon as it’s paid from your balance.
- 2
Enter it in WeChat
Paste the number where WeChat asks for your phone number, and ask it to send the code.
- 3
Copy your code
The code shows up on the order page when the SMS reaches us. No SMS within 20 minutes? The money goes back to your balance.
Good to know for WeChat
WeChat asks for a mobile number when you sign up, and often asks an existing WeChat user to confirm the new account by scanning a QR code.
- WeChat asks you to verify again when you sign in on a new phone, and this number won’t receive the code. Stay signed in, and link an email in WeChat’s account security settings.
Questions about WeChat numbers
Why does WeChat want a friend to verify my account?
WeChat may ask an existing user to scan a QR code to confirm a new account. The phone number is one step and the friend check is another, so a number on its own may not be enough to finish signing up.
What if the WeChat code doesn’t arrive?
Give it a minute, then ask WeChat to send the code again. If no SMS reaches the number within 20 minutes, the order is refunded to your balance automatically, and you can try another country.
Will WeChat accept the number?
Most apps accept our numbers, but no app accepts every number. If WeChat rejects one, cancel the order before an SMS arrives and the money goes back to your balance.
Can I use the number again later?
No. The number receives codes only while its 20-minute window is open. Once you’re in, add an email or an authenticator app to your WeChat account, so you can still sign in later.
Which country should I choose?
Keep Best available unless WeChat needs a number from a particular country. It picks the country most likely to deliver for WeChat.
