Questions about X5ID numbers
What if the X5ID code doesn’t arrive?
Give it a minute, then ask X5ID to send the code again. If no SMS reaches the number within 20 minutes, the order is refunded to your balance automatically, and you can try another country.
Will X5ID accept the number?
Most apps accept our numbers, but no app accepts every number. If X5ID rejects one, cancel the order before an SMS arrives and the money goes back to your balance.
Can I use the number again later?
No. The number receives codes only while its 20-minute window is open. Once you’re in, add an email or an authenticator app to your X5ID account, so you can still sign in later.
Which country should I choose?
Keep Best available unless X5ID needs a number from a particular country. It picks the country most likely to deliver for X5ID.
